Who we are
NextGen Governance Lab (NGGL) is a youth-led think-and-do tank on global governance, based in Geneva and Madrid. For any question about your data, write to info@nggl.org.

What we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. When you use our contact form or apply to the NGGL Network, we collect your name, your email address and the information you choose to share in your message.

Why we use it
We use your email address to send you our newsletter, based on your consent. We use the details you send through our forms to reply to you and to handle your request.

How long we keep it
Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Messages sent through our forms are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months.

Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Our website, forms and newsletter run on Squarespace, which stores this data on our behalf. Our providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, under their own data protection safeguards.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in every email. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) in Spain.
